Returns & Refunds Policy

At American Soft Linen, your satisfaction is our priority 🧡. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our returns, refunds, and exchanges.



How long do I have to return an item?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.



What are the conditions for a return?

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items with wear, stains, odors, or damage not caused by us may only qualify for a partial refund. Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.



How do I start a return?

  1. Email our Customer Care Team at help@americansoftlinen.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship your item to the provided return address and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.



When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.



What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times vary.
  • Reach out to your bank for confirmation.

Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us with your order number and photos of the product.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If requested, we can provide a prepaid return label. In this case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any tips for a smooth return?

  • Always keep your return tracking number until your refund is complete.
  • If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact our Customer Care Team first.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened bath linens may not be accepted.
